We DO NOT send out physical tickets.
5 days before the event you will be emailed all event details, you do not to bring any paperwork on the night, your name will
be listed on our attendance sheet.
Please make sure you give us the correct email address when booking your event,
sometimes Paypal links to old email addresses, please also check your SPAM/
JUNK folder because sometimes they sit in there.

HISTORY
The building was originally Hereford City Gaol and opened in 1841, the Gaol was used up until 1877 and housed 250-300 inmates per year.
It was also a House of Correction, Magistrates Court, Police Station, Fire Station and a Civil Defence Bunker
We have access to the basement area underneath this building , this a fairly good sized area of unused rooms, walkways, nooks and crannies and a cluster of original prison cells , also the original closed off staircase going up to the Courts, the area has been adapted over the years to suit several different uses , however you can still see the rooms that were originally cells
You will only have access to the basement area , not the offices and rooms above.
PARANORMAL ACTIVITY
The area is rumoured to be haunted with reports of uneasy feelings , unexplained noises and the feeling of being watched
Our own investigations have been extremely interesting with doors being slammed, people being touched, very clear footsteps , objects being moved, the sound of coughing, voices and keys.

SLEEPOVERS
Sleepovers are inclusive of the hire fee but only up to 8 people . Porridge Pots and Fruit will be available in the morning. Sleepovers are available from April - September .
We provide double air bed mattresses, you will need to bring a pillow and sleeping bag.
There are charges from 8am at the closest car park so please sure you have a valid ticket so you do not get charged

ACROSS THE ROAD AT GAOL STREET CAR PARK WHICH IS FREE AFTER 8PM
IMPORTANT NOTE
This venue is in the town centre with neighbouring Pubs and Clubs so there maybe slight noise disturbance, our evenings have found the venue to be very soundproof with limited outside noise
The venue isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to stairs going down into the basement

IMPORTANT TERMS:
* All attendees must be over the age of 16 with an adult ( 18 and over)
* No playing of music or loud activity
* These private party events are NOT for other Paranormal groups / Paranormal Companies or any other kind of Company , to book , sell tickets and run the night as their own public event, if we find this to be the case then your booking will be immediately cancelled with no refunds given. You will be expected to reimburse your guests. We are not liable as this will be in breach of our booking terms.
We have unfortunately found that sadly some investigation groups are asking friends to book under their name so they can then sneakily sell tickets without being noticed. We ask you to respect these terms , if we find that you don't then you will banned from visiting our properties.
* If you are paranormal filming for social media platforms then please be respectful with what is put out there in the public domain, the site is NOT abandoned so please do not state this on any videos etc when describing the location , please also refrain from using terms such as ' Demonic / Evil ' etc, there are offices upstairs in the building and a dance studio where children visit so please respect this . On occasions on weekends, the dance studio operates until 9/10pm but this is rare .
* The hire fee is a flat rate of £275 for up to 14 guests , only 8 can comfortably sleepover
* Dates will be held and considered booked when the £100 deposit has been received . If you want to pay via Paypal or Bank Transfer then please contact us. Balances need to be paid 14 days before the event
* If you cancel your booking then refunds cannot be given , dates cannot be moved
* If WE have to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances then you will be contacted immediately and you will be refunded or offered a new date
* N0 'Moving On' of spirits please or any trance mediumship / Possessions of any sort
* No plugging in of heaters or using candles / any naked flames
* Friday and Saturday's ( Sleepovers only available July , August and September )
* A member of our team will be on site at all times
* Upon booking, you agree to these terms
