5 days before the event you will be emailed all event details, you do not to bring any paperwork on the night, your name will
be listed on our attendance sheet.
Please make sure you give us the correct email address when booking your event,
sometimes Paypal links to old email addresses, please also check your SPAM/
JUNK folder because sometimes they sit in there.

THE HISTORY AND PARANORMAL ACTIVITY
This convent was once home to 250 nuns .
The Community of the Holy Name established the convent in Ranelagh Road in 1879
In the 1960s, the intake of novices declined and, by the mid 1980's, the community was struggling financially and began to sell off land for housing and then industrial development. In 1989, the convent was sold to a property developer and the few remaining nuns moved to a smaller convent in Derby, where they remain today.
This is a large site with a beautiful church situated in the middle of it. You will have access to the Church which will be our base room, the corridors leading to the church , 2 derelict houses ( where the Nuns lived) and a huge network of basement rooms , the basement is a total maze and are situated under the whole complex!
We have been told by locals that Singing/ Chanting/Music comes from the Church at times when the building is empty. Builders also had issues years ago when they were on site with tools going missing and strange noises heard.
While we have been on site we have seen shadows, heard chanting and low level conversations, heard moaning and bangs.
Your evening includes:-

ONLY 4 CARS ON SITE, CARS WILL NEED TO ARRIVE AND LEAVE AT THE SAME TIME
Local parking is available for free in the Malvern Shopping Park with no restrictions, we have checked this with the local police , please park at the 'Costa' end, we will meet as a group at the side of Costa at your arrival time, we will then walk you through some woods to the back of the convent, this is a 2 minute walk.

Sleepovers available June / July / August / September
* Sleepovers until 9:30am are available for an extra £10 per head . Please add this option to your basket . You can sleep anywhere inside the Nunnery but you will need to bring Air Bed / Camp Bed and bedding . There is no heating and only a sink for washing facilities. Hot drinks will be provided all night . Breakfast isn’t provided however there is McDonald’s and a Costa situated behind the Convent .

IMPORTANT TERMS:
* All attendees must be over the age of 16 and with an adult ( 18 and over)
* No playing of music or loud activity
* These private party events are NOT for other Paranormal groups / Paranormal Companies or any other kind of Company , to book , sell tickets and run the night as their own public event, if we find this to be the case then your booking will be immediately cancelled with no refunds given. You will be expected to reimburse your guests. We are not liable as this will be in breach of our booking terms.
We have unfortunately found that sadly some investigation groups are asking friends to book under their name so they can then sneakily sell tickets without being noticed. We ask you to respect these terms , if we find that you don't then you will banned from visiting our properties.
* If you are paranormal filming for social media platforms then please be respectful with what is put out there in the public domain, the site is NOT abandoned so please do not state this on any videos etc when describing the location , please also refrain from using terms such as ' Demonic / Evil ' etc as this was a place of worship.
* The hire fee is a flat rate of £500, maximum 20 guests
* Dates will be held and considered booked when the £200 deposit has been received . If you want to pay via Paypal or Bank Transfer then please contact us. Balances need to be paid 10 days before the event
* If you cancel your booking then refunds cannot be given , dates cannot be moved
* If WE have to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances then you will be contacted immediately and you will be refunded or offered a new date
* N0 'Moving On' of spirits please or any trance mediumship / Possessions of any sort
* No plugging in of heaters or using candles / any naked flames
* Friday and Saturday's ( Sleepovers only available July , August and September )
* Upon booking, you agree to these terms
